Dr. Kimberly Stoner received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Pittsburgh in 2012 and started working with Coach House PT in July of 2012. She also completed her Bachelors of Science Degree in Athletic Training at the University of Pittsburgh in 2009. Kim is a certified Athletic Trainer and has experience working with Division I Collegiate athletes.
Kim also has experience working with patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Acute Care hospitals, Inpatient Rehabilitation, and Pediatric settings. Kim has continued her education by studying the McKenzie treatment for low back, thoracic, and neck pain. Kim enjoys working with a variety of diagnoses from joint and muscular pain, to sport injury, to recovery after suffering a stroke, to post surgical recovery, to gait and balance training. Kim is devoted to each patient and sets up plans of care based on a case by case basis. She wants to make sure each patient gets the best treatment and path to recovery as soon as possible.
